Campaigns & Events

As a pubic relations practitioner and lover of all things party, below are a few examples of events I have planned, organized, and designed.

The House of White Bridal Boutique

Picture
The small business was looking to expand and maintain their market, with brides who are serious about buying bridal products. With the main goal of increasing target awareness, and the lack of desire to advertise in the mainstream media, the House of White Bridal Boutique needed a creative source and vehicle to promote their new business to brides in Evansville, Ind.; Newburgh, Ind.; and surrounding Kentucky cities. As the public relations practitioner, I worked to create company awareness through a four month campaign designed, produced, and excuted by myself, and the boutique's two owners.

We hosted an invitation only accessories event to local brides, where they could shop for jewelry, hair pieces, belts, and veils at a discounted price. We provided snacks, and free makeup tutorials by a local makeup artist. The event ended with a small fashion show, highlighting several ways to accessorize a wedding gown for the big day.

House of White Campaign Plan

Delta Zeta Alumnae Tea

As an executive board member of the Delta Zeta sorority, I organized a mother and daughter tea for our active and alumnae members. The event was to celebrate all the years of hard work and a thank you to the alumnae. I found the venue, planned the menu, decorated the space, and communicated and sent out invitations to our local alumnae.

"Harper in Onederland". First birthday party I planned, designed, and organized with the Alice in Wonderland novel theme.
